Nixta Taqueria

I was asked to create thirty one table card illustrations and six reservation signs for Austin restaurant, Nixta Taqueria.

They wanted them to be easy to read for staff while also being eye catching and fitting in with the already established aesthetic that the restaurant has.

I used a variety of objects from in and around the restaurant as inspiration, along with some of the main ingredients from their dishes. The color palette was derived from the brightly colored murals that adorn the walls both inside and out. These were all illustrated in Procreate and finalized in Illustrator.
